The Modality: From Sensation to Symbol
This workshop is rooted in drama therapy practices and is adapted from the foundational work of Yehudit Silverman, which we have thoughtfully modified through our own creative approach to meet the somatic needs of this group. We move beyond the intellect through Movement & Sound, Creative Mask-Making and Response Art, Reflective Writing, and Ritualized Storytelling. What to Expect Each 2 hour gathering follows a curated rhythm:

JasonThis workshop offered a rare and beautiful space where vulnerability, creativity, and community could meet. I arrived in a tender season of grief, and through the care of the facilitators and participants, I experienced what it means to be held and accepted exactly as I was. It was a powerful reminder that healing can happen when we allow ourselves to be seen.

BeandraThis experience was both inspiring and deeply nourishing.
I arrived rather nervous yet curious and excited to learn about how I would find myself moving creatively through this class with my inner story. I felt gently invited to reconnect with my creativity and trust my own inner wisdom. I found that Guadalupe & Jade held the space for us with absolute reverence and joy, a space that felt safe to explore, reflect and create without judgment. |
