Art to me, is the soul’s native language, and remembering it ignites the possibility to live in a truthful, grounded, expansive way. I wear many hats: a mom, a wife, a sister, a daughter, a mentor and friend living an ordinary life ~ learning to live in an extraordinary way. I dream of creating spaces to nurture ways of knowing that foreground the body, the sensorial, human contact, intimacy, multidisciplinary learning, and land-nature connections that expand our state of consciousness. I am finding these to be radical fields of study and practice to transform current ways of being and relating to the world, each other- and art making.
